Service Requests
Sending the request form does not book an appointment. We call you back during business hours to schedule a two-hour arrival window. Same-day service is available when the schedule allows. If an appliance sparks, smokes, smells like burning, or leaks near electrical parts, stop using it and call us instead of waiting on a form reply. If you smell gas, do not touch plugs or switches: leave the home and call your gas utility first.
Pricing and Warranty Information
The website describes our 90-day parts and 90-day labor warranty and our senior discount. It does not list prices. The total price for a repair depends on what we find, and we give it to you before the work starts. The terms on your invoice govern the work we perform.
